Here Is Our New Flowing Gas CO2 Laser Kit!

These High Power Lasers are perfect for X, Y Gantry Cutters. Available in either 35 or 55 Watt versions, these High Quality Lasers provide exceptional power and stability for cutting, drilling, heat processing, experimentation, or maybe just for fun! The beam quality and stability of these lasers rival that of units costing 10 times as much!

The images below show the contents of the kit, as well as the tube in operation using the power supply design that is included. Note that the brick beam stop is heated to 2,500° Fahrenheit without a focus lens! The result is an 8mm diameter piece of glass that is fused from the sand in the brick. For material processing a focus lens, (Not Included With Kit) is used to reduce the beam size to about .5mm. Note the smoke from the brick as it is literally being vaporized!

    • Everything you need to build the Tube is INCLUDED. The Kit is very complete and every effort has been made to ensure the success of the builder. Other than the supplied items you will only need a small Helium Neon or Diode Laser for Optical Alignment of the laser cavity. All of the hard work has been done for you. Assembly time is around three evenings due to the curing time of the adhesives. Assembly is straight forward and only a few standard hand tools are required.

    The following required items for operation are not included:

  • Power Supply

  • Vacuum Pumps, Valves, Gauges, Flow Meters

  • Gas Bottle and Regulator


    • Plans for Building/Assembling the above items are included in the manual.


    The Power Supply, schematic included with kit, should be incorporated into some type of enclosure for safety. Below is the method that we prefer. All of the high voltage elements have been installed into a rack mount chasis.
